The next generation of presentation enables impressive presentations, smart collaboration and easy management all in one.
Whoever presents in a professional context usually faces different challenges and wants to impress visually at the same time. It doesn't matter whether you work in an international corporation, in a medium-sized company, in a small team, at (high) schools or your freelance activities require a certain amount of presentation or students work individually or in groups. All these user groups differ only in the weighting of the problem areas and the level of detail of their requirements.
In the corporate context, there is often a large number of versions of the same presentations, which raises the question of which one is the latest version and who in the company may or should be responsible for which content. In addition, compliance with corporate design or corporate identity plays an important role and there is also the challenge of language and translation management for all content. Existing tools reach their limits here, as the focus is mostly on the creation, design and corresponding degrees of freedom, but not on the administration and reuse of content.
Persons in sales, freelancers and teaching staff need access to further content at any time, but this should usually be standardised in order to be able to react flexibly. With existing solutions, the processes are usually rigid and inflexible, as well as time-consuming to prepare and share with the appropriate auditorium.
Pupils and students usually invest a lot of time in presentations, which are an increasingly important part of education. However, a great deal of work and time is required to bring the content (usually compiled and collected in groups) into an appealing and uniform (professional) form.
In detail, there are different aspects that are relevant for a presentation, depending on the amount of people working together, the target group to be addressed, the framework, the amount of content and many other aspects. The above mentioned challenges (or they can be called problems depending on their intensity) can all be solved by presono or at least contribute to a significant improvement.
But what connects all mentioned (and further) user groups are certain requirements to the presentations as well as their administration and creation: ALL have the desire create an appealing and impressive presentation easily and to manage their contents as centrally as possible in order to guarantee their topicality.
presono makes exactly this possible and maps the entire life cycle of the presentations within one software: from creation, administration and maintenance to the execution of the presentation and its follow-up and evaluation.
What exactly does this mean and how do you do it?
presono uses web technologies to bring the possibilities that have matured over the last ten years from the area of websites into the dusty world of presentations, which has only been further developed to a limited extent for 30 years. This means that you may recognize or easily understand many of the possibilities presono offers from CMS systems and websites.
Within presono you basically manage all content relevant for your presentations: all images, videos, PDFs, templates and designs as well as all resulting slides and presentations. It is possible to share content with colleagues, partners or friends or work on it together. Presentations can be created both linearly and interactively with links. You have access to your centralized data pool at any time during the presentation in order to have a completely dynamic and interactive influence on the course of the conversation or presentation. Depending on the selected feature set (see our pricing page or the overview of possible packages here), it is also possible to easily post presentations, send them as links or find out which content is used how often.
