In this article you will learn what notifications & messages are and how to use them!
Notifications & messages are available in presono so all users are always up to date. On the one hand you have a short summary of the latest notifications available directly on the dashboard, on the other hand you can always click on the bell icon in the upper right corner and a bar with the notifications & feedbacks will open from the right.
Any user who has access to the element can provide feedback to the person responsible (user or user group) for a slide, medium or presentation. To do so, the corresponding element (slide, presentation, medium) must be opened and then the feedback icon can be clicked.
You can also give feedback during the presentation! Open the Enter menu and click on the feedback button at the top!
When you receive new feedback, click on the bell icon in the upper right corner (1). You can see who (2) gave you feedback on which ( 3). You can read the feedback and click on the element (slide, presentation, medium) (3). Then you can mark the feedback as done by clicking on the arrow (4) next to the feedback and clicking "done" (5). The feedback is then moved down to the "Completed Feedback".
Notifications are messages that inform the user about certain processes within presono. For a slide, a medium or a presentation to which you have at least read rights, you will receive a notification if one of these elements is changed or saved. Furthermore, changes in permissions are communicated to the user via notifications.
To see your new notifications, click on "Notifications". There you will find a list of new messages, where you can click directly on the slides or presentations to see what has been changed.
To send a message to a group it is possible to create a group message using the Notification view. Click on the bell symbol and then on "Notifications". Then click on "+ Group message". Now you can write a message and select one or more user groups to receive the message.
The right to write group messages is assigned as a separate right in the settings, because not everyone in the company should use this function.
