Delete/Edit/Duplicate
Here you will learn how to best manage your content in presono!
presono is not only a presentation tool, you can also manage all your content in presono! So you can manage your slides, presentations, media, documents and templates centrally. The administration as well as the creation of new content is done in the content structure. You can find out more about it here: What is the content structure?
Content Structure
In the content structure you will find all your content, structured by workspaces and categories. Additionally there is a user and right management in the background, where one can define exactly who is allowed to see or edit which content. You can find out more here: Manage rights & groups and here: Categories, Workspaces & Rights
Search bar & Filters
For finding your content agin, there are some tools assisting you. You can use the search bar on top to find content or use the filters on the left. The filters and the search can also be used in combination with each other. You can find out more here: Search, Filter & Icons in the content structure. For finding your content again, also the name and the location of each element is important.
Advantages/basic principle
But what does "central administration in presono" actually mean? This means that each element (slide, media, template) only exists once in presono.
For example, there is only one slide with your contact data existing in presono. However, you can use this slide as often as you like in different presentations - but it still is just one slide. The presentation only refers to the slide and does not duplicate it every time it is used again.
The advantage of this is that if, for example, your contact data changes, you only have to change it once. So you search for the slide with your contact data, change it and click on "Save". Once you have saved, the slide is updated in every presentation where it occurs.
The same principle works with templates and media. So if you change something in a template or exchange an image in presono, the update is automatically done in every presentation where this content is used. Great, isn't it?
Delete/Edit/Duplicate
If you are in the content structure, you can click on the three dots for each content. It allows you to edit, duplicate or delete slides. You can start, duplicate or delete presentations or you can download or delete media.
But be careful when deleting: if you delete a slide or an image, it will also be deleted in all presentations, because the element only exists once in presono.

Why can I only see a slide/medium/presentation but not edit it?
This may be due to your rights. This content was then only released to you for reading but not for editing.
