In this article you will learn what feedback & notifications are and how to use them!
Feedback & notifications are available in presono to make sure that all users are always up to date.
Use the bell icon to open notifications & feedback.
Feedback
Any user who has access to the element can provide feedback to the person responsible (user or user group) for a slide or presentation. To do so, the corresponding element (slide, presentation) must be opened and then the feedback icon can be clicked.
presono's tip:
You can also give feedback during the presentation! Open the Enter menu and click the feedback button at the top!
When you receive new feedback, click on the bell symbol in the top right-hand corner. Unread feedback is highlighted in gray and has a green dot. You can mark them all as read using the "Mark as read" button:
If you expand the feedback by clicking on the arrow, you will see the details. You can then see who (1) gave you feedback on what (2). You can read the feedback (3) and click on the element (Slide, Presentation) (2). You can then mark the feedback as completed by clicking on "resolve" (4). The feedback is then moved down to the "resolved feedback".
Notifications
Notifications are messages that inform the user about certain processes within presono. For a Slide or a presentation to which you have at least read access, you will receive a notification when one of these elements is changed or saved. Furthermore, changes to permissions are communicated to the user via notifications, just as you receive a notification when a link you have shared is ready.
To see your new notifications, click on "Notifications". There you will find a list of new messages where you can click directly on the slides or presentations to see what has been changed.
Unread items (that you have never seen) are highlighted in gray and you can change this status with the "Mark all as read" button.
Group message
To send a message to a group it is possible to create a group message using the Notification view. Click on the bell symbol and then on "Notifications". Then click on "+ Group message". Now you can write a message and select one or more user groups to receive the message.
The permission to write group messages can be assigned in the settings, because not everyone in the company should use this function.
