To keep track of your shared links, you can now have presono send you a weekly or monthly summary directly to your email. In this article, we'll show you how it works!

Activation of emails

To activate the emails for you, go to your profile settings. You will find the option at the bottom right:

Now you can select the interval:

With the weekly summary, you will receive an email every Monday with a summary of all activities from the past week.

With the monthly summary, you will receive an email on the first of every month with a summary of all activities from the past month.

Weekly summary

With the weekly summary, you will receive an email every Monday with a summary of all activities from the past week.

In your weekly summary email, you will see the following sections:

the date to which the summary refers
the links accessed during the week
the links that expired last week, and
links that will expire this week.

In all cases, you can see further details, such as the number of views per link or the exact expiration date.

You can also click on the share links (in turquoise) directly in the email to go directly to the details page for that share link (in your browser).

Monthly summary

With the monthly summary, you will receive an email on the first of every month with a summary of all activities from the past month.

In your email with the monthly summary, you will see the following sections:

the date to which the summary refers
the links accessed during the month
the links that expired last month, and
links that will expire this month.

In all cases, you can see further details, such as the number of views per link or the exact expiration date.

You can also click on the share links (in turquoise) directly in the email to go directly to the details page for that share link (in your browser).
