In this article, you'll learn how to navigate through your presentation and flexibly insert unprepared content during the presentation.
Navigating through the presentation on your laptop/PC
First open your presentation and click "Start". Now you can go through the presentation with the right arrow key (keyboard or presenter) or your space bar. To switch to the previous slide, use the left arrow key. You can find out more here: Navigating through the presentation

Insert additional content during the presentation
If you want to show additional content during the presentation, you can do so using the enter menu. The content can be inserted "on-the-fly" into the presentation respectively session. Then you can simply continue with your prepared presentation. You can insert everything you have saved in presono, like slides, presentations, media and documents. The presenter view allows you to use the enter menu without your listeners noticing. Read more about it in the following paragraph.
Presenter view
If you want to show a presentation on a second screen or beamer, you can use the presenter view.
To open it, click the drop-down (1) to the right of "Start" and select "open presenter view"(2).

Session
When you have finished your presentation, the content you inserted live during the presentation is also included in your session. If you then share the session, that content will of course also be included. You can find out more here: Share Sessions
