In this article you will learn how to edit existing slides.
If you want to edit an existing slide that you or someone else has created, first look for the slide in the content structure.
On the top left, if the Slide has been translated, you can switch between the available languages by clicking on the flag (1). You can also manage the translations of this Slide (2). You can find more information here: Managing translated Slides. You can also open the meta data of the Slide (3) here. There you can find information about the Slide, like who created it, which templates are used or who is responsible for the Slide.
Next to it you will find the icon to leave feedback for this Slide (4). This feedback will be sent to all persons who are defined as responsible in the metadata.
The Slide can also be downloaded individually as a PDF (5). This is also possible in the editor. Confidential slides cannot be downloaded as PDF.
If you want to edit something, click on "Edit" (6) in the upper right corner.
Now you are in the slide editing mode and can edit the content or change the template. You can find out more here: Create slides Various contents in slides.

You can also edit slides directly in the presentation view. Open any presentation and select a slide from the overview. Click on any part of the slide to edit or remove the content. You can also fill empty areas with content.

Why can't I edit the slide?
Maybe you only have read access to the slide and no write access. In this case you can create a new slide, leave feedback to the creator or contact your admin.
